Description
Upon use, it immediately recovers Health based on a fixed percentage of Maximum Health, then causes a fixed percentage of Health loss over time based on Maximum Health. Blood Offering recovers Health at a lower percentage than the Health it deducts. Health loss from Blood Offering cannot cause death.
Blood Offering is a sacrifice meant for the gods. While mortals gain great benefits from consuming it, there is always a price to pay.
