Description
An improved Runestone holding a modest measure of runic magic. Can be used for equipment forging. In his youth, the legendary craftsman Plass often used Improved Runestones to imbue scrap arrowheads with faint magic, inventing various minor functions. But soon after, he left Brandrgarde, and his whereabouts became unknown.
