Mistfall Hunter Collection Pedestal

Last updated: August 10, 2026

The Collection Pedestal is a Season 1 camp structure where you display collectible items and awaken their dormant power by feeding them copies. There are 15 collectibles, 3 pedestal designs, and 3 upgrade levels — and every copy you submit is a copy you can never spend on a camp upgrade again. It’s a prestige system: showing off rare finds to other players on your profile.

How the Pedestal Works

ActionWhat Happens
Place a collectibleSubmitting it consumes the copy — gone for good
UpgradeDraws unbound copies from your Warehouse or Inventory
Bound copiesDo NOT count toward upgrades
Awakened powerEach level makes the placed item glow and resonate more

The mechanic is simple to understand but expensive to complete: 15 collectibles × 3 levels = 45 placements to fully max the pedestal, and the highest-value collectibles are the slowest to farm.

Upgrade Costs (Community-Reported)

LevelCopies RequiredEffect
111 copiesFaint glow begins across the collectible’s surface
223 copiesCarved radiance grows brighter, energy surges
350+ copies (community-reported)Fully awakened display

Numbers are community-reported as of early August 2026 — verify in-game for the current patch, as Season 1 tuning may shift costs.

The 15 Collectibles

Collectibles are rare materials and trophies that take a long time to farm — super-rare drops from bosses, high-value shops, and events. Examples include serpentine ornaments and catalysts tied to bosses like the Soulgnawer. Because placing a copy consumes it, the smart play is:

  1. Finish camp upgrades first — warehouse, workshop, and scavenger squad matter more early.
  2. Feed duplicates only — keep at least one of each collectible for display.
  3. Priority order: farm the cheapest-to-drop collectibles to level 3 first for the cosmetic payoff; save boss-only drops for last.

August 2026 Update: Memory Shards & the Pedestal Quest Chain

  • Gyldenmist Lore Memory Shards are pedestal fodder. These glowing blue collectibles are scattered across the ruins and are turned in at the Collection Pedestal in Windrest (community guides, August 2026) — they are account-bound on pickup and join boss drops and shop items as a steady pedestal source. On Hallowgrove the shard locations cluster around the lore-heavy ruins.
  • The pedestal is built through a side-task chain. The “A Pearl in the Dust” quest line — The Collector → Build Collection Pedestal → Pristine Pedestal → Curios Manifested — is the side-task path that gets the structure built in camp (Gamer Guides mission database). If the pedestal is missing from your camp, check this quest chain first.
  • Gylden Rush’s end changes what you feed it. The event (through August 10, 2026) was a collectible source via event rewards; after it closes, the realistic sources are expedition drops, the 6,000-Gyldenblod shop items, and memory-shard turn-ins.

FAQ

What is the Collection Pedestal for? It’s a prestige display system — you place rare collectibles in your camp and level them up by feeding copies, which other players can see on your profile.

Can I get my collectible back after placing it? No. Placing consumes the copy permanently — only unbound copies in your Warehouse or Inventory can be used, and bound copies don’t count.

How many collectibles are there? 15 collectibles, 3 pedestal designs, and 3 levels each, per community data as of Season 1 launch.

Is the pedestal worth upgrading? It’s purely cosmetic/prestige — do it after your warehouse, workshop, and scavenger squad upgrades, and only feed duplicates you don’t need for crafting.

How do I unlock the Collection Pedestal? It is built through the “A Pearl in the Dust” side-task chain (The Collector → Build Collection Pedestal) at camp. If the structure is missing, check that quest line first.
